Plates Supper Club

Plates came about from a shared love of cooking, eating together and making ceramics.  Sarah Crosby, Merida Richards, Sarah Baines and myself decided there should be an event that brings these things together.

Plates is about celebrating food and ceramics. It’s a collaboration between the chef and us as makers. We study the menu then design and make a plates to compliment the food. We may pull out the key colour, shape or way in which the food is meant to be eaten, or start with a theme and work from there.
